From the main train station in Halle (Saale), take streetcar line 12 in the direction of Trotha to the "Berliner Brücke" stop. From here, streetcar line 12 continues as streetcar line 5 in the direction of Ammendorf/ Bad Dürrenberg. Continue with tram line 5 to the stop "Steintorbrücke". Via platform 2 you will reach the entrance to the DB Museum Halle (Saale). This is the only public access - you will not reach the main entrance via Volkmannstraße. On the freeway, follow the signs to the Halle/Peißen exit. Then drive in the direction of Halle-Zentrum via the B100 and follow the signs to Zur Straßenmeisterei, then straight ahead onto Paracelsusstraße. DB/VGN ticket (travel ticket stamped on the date the holder visits the DB Museum or a network card belonging to the holder and valid on the date of the visit), Bahn Card 25 (Bahn Card 50: EUR – 4), groups of 10 or more (per person), senior citizens, students, disabled persons, employees of DB, BSW, Deutsche Post and Deutsche Telekom, RocoClub members, Märklin Club members (must show membership ID) and DGPT members.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
