Have you ever wondered what work is involved in running a historic railroad? At the DB Museum Koblenz, you have the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes and experience volunteering on the railroad up close. Come to our volunteer days and get to know the diverse tasks that our volunteers tackle with enthusiasm and dedication.
On our volunteer days, we invite you to look over our shoulders. Find out, for example, how historic locomotives and carriages are maintained and cleaned. Our volunteers are passionate about their work and will be happy to answer your questions. Whether it's about technical details, exciting anecdotes from railroad history or simply a little insight into everyday museum life - we look forward to your questions and your interest.
Do you want to do more than just watch, you want to lend a hand? We are always on the lookout for committed people to enrich our team. There are numerous opportunities to get involved at the DB Museum Koblenz: from working on historic vehicles to organizing events and looking after guests. Whether you have technical know-how or simply want to share your enthusiasm for the railroad - everyone is welcome here.
