52 7409 and 78 468 Visit the DB Museum Koblenz

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, the DB Museum Koblenz will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This special opening is in honor of the visit of two steam-hauled special trains from Nostalgiezugreisen, which are expected to arrive at the museum around noon.

With the steam locomotives 52 7409 and 78 468, two impressive historic vehicles will come together at the DB Museum Koblenz. Railroad enthusiasts can experience both steam locomotives up close and take photos of them.

In addition to the two special trains, a varied program awaits guests. This includes the LOC-SIM driving simulator, model railroads from TRIX and LGB, and a ride-along train. The museum’s food and beverage facilities will also be open, serving food and drinks.
