Jazz Matinee
Esther Kaiser & Izabella Effenberg feat. Isabelle Bodenseh
An experimental formation as special guest at the DB Museum's Jazz Matinee: Polish-born Izabella Effenberg, who was born in Nuremberg, became famous for the vibraphone. A recipient of many awards, she also experiments with rarely heard instruments such as the glass harp. Her virtuoso playing is combined with the expressive voice of Esther Kaiser, Professor of Music in Dresden, to create magical worlds of sound. The two have invited Isabelle Bodenseh as a guest for the concert at the DB Museum. The flautist and composer is a virtuoso in the genres of jazz, rock, classical and world music.
