Jazz Matinee
Esther Kaiser/Izabella Effenberg
An experimental duo as guests at the DB Museum: Izabella Effenberg and Esther Kaiser. Izabella Effenberg, who was born in Poland and lives in Nuremberg, became famous for her vibraphone. A recipient of many awards, she also experiments with rarely heard instruments such as the glass harp. Together with the expressive voice of Esther Kaiser, Professor of Music in Dresden, Effenberg's virtuoso playing combines to create magical worlds of sound.
