The Birgitta Flick Trio is an offshoot of the Berlin saxophonist's quartet, which is considered one of the most exciting projects of the young German jazz generation. Since its formation 15 years ago, the trio has released several critically acclaimed albums. Their hallmark is a special, improvisational approach to the compositions of their bandleader.
